It is with great pleasure that we announce our latest achievement in being awarded the prestigious Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award® from Press Ganey for 2024.

This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country.

With this years’ distinction, the Institute of Diagnostic Imaging is now a third-year recipient showing our team’s true dedication to our patients and their overall satisfaction with the services and care they receive at our facility.

The patient experience has long been at the heart of what we do here at the Institute of Diagnostic Imaging, so this recognition is an honor to receive. We credit this accomplishment to the many individuals we have on staff that make our mission of exceptional care shine through in every patient interaction. We have an amazing team who cares deeply about our patients and the impact they make on them as people and their health daily.  Without our amazing team, from schedulers, technologists, radiologists, administrative professionals and many more, the elevated experience we provide would not be possible.
